How Cleansing Can Supercharge Your Manifestations

How Cleansing Can Supercharge Your Manifestations

Whether you are aware of it or not, your subconscious mind is getting in the way of you and the things you desire.  This is true for even the most skilled masters of the Law of Attraction.  Dr. Joe Dispenza, who is arguably one of the greatest teachers in the field, spends an hour or two every morning ‘getting beyond himself’.  Every morning he does the inner work to decode any limiting unconscious programs within and create the outcome of his day way before he even starts it.

Negative energy is like a thief in the night.  It tends to build up inside of us over time, and we may not even be aware it is there until it’s ready to burst out.  As you begin to react to negative emotions you begin placing your attention on them.  Where you place your attention is where you place your energy, so you are essentially feeding the negativity through your attention and energy.  As a result, your body starts to react much in same way as if you were being attacked by a predator.  As you feed these emotions, you create situations that further reinforce the negativity, and soon you’re caught in a raging storm.  This may have nothing to do with anything you did but dealing with them is an important part of tuning into the life you desire.  It is important to remember that the stronger you react to negativity in your life, whether they are external events that cause it or internal programs that are working their way to the surface, the more you are shifting your energy in the reverse direction of creation.

The earlier you can identify the negative energy and deal with it, the better.  Some of the signs that you are unknowingly beginning to place energy on them are:

  • Restless sleep
  • Low energy levels, both mental and physical
  • It seems difficult to communicate with others
  • You feel frustrated, or have a sense that you are being blocked from achieving your goals
  • Increased irritability with people you’re close to
  • Difficulty concentrating

Cleansing does not necessarily mean you have to burn sage, throw salt, or perform any specific ritual.  It’s not to say that these practices are not effective for many, but it’s important that you find a method that resonates well with you.  What is important is that you create an environment that is peaceful and allows you to disconnect from whatever may be triggering your emotions.  It is also important not to blame the negativity on sources outside of yourself.  While I recognize that there are some negative people, places and situations that can contribute to the negative energies you are experiencing, just remember that you are experiencing the reality that you are energetically tuned in to.  Regardless of how it began, it’s critical to understand that it is now an experience that has become a part of your reality, and now you must find a way to clear yourself of it.  Here are some of the most effective methods for clearing negative energy.

Morning Meditation

This is the method Dr. Joe Dispenza used to overcome himself every day.  Here is how Dr. Joe responds when people ask him why he meditates –

“I say it’s because if I can overcome myself in the morning, the rest of my day is easy.  It’s easy because that’s what it’s about.  You master yourself, you master your life.” – Dr. Joe Dispenza

In the beginning, this is not going to be easy.  This is because your body is accustomed to the daily habitual routine that it has always practiced.  You get up, grab a cup of coffee, plug in to social media, get a shower, and begin thinking about all of the things you have to do or all of the problems you need to deal with that day.  When you begin your meditations, your body will be like an untrained animal that will continually try to influence you to return to your regularly scheduled program.  As you persist and keep bringing it back to the present moment, you will begin to tame the animal.  Eventually, as you keep doing this, your body will eventually give in and remain focused in the present moment and then there will be a liberation of energy.  Your heart will open up and you will experience intense joy.  There is no such thing as a bad meditation – stay persistent and don’t allow your body to be your mind.  If you would like to learn more about various types of meditation, I would recommend you read the book “Becoming Supernatural” by Dr. Joe Dispenza.  He includes many very effective meditations in that book that I use effectively every day.

Ho’oponopono (I love you, I’m Sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you)

I’ll be honest – when I first read about this process, I was extremely skeptical.  How could a simple phrase like “I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you” be a tool for cleansing negativity?  I decided to set my reservations aside and try it.  To my surprise, it was far more effective than I thought possible.

Ho’oponopono is based on an ancient Hawaiian conflict resolution system in which families and friends would gather and openly express their honest frustrations until a resolution could be reached.  The practice was discouraged by Christian Missionaries in the early 1800’s, and the practice dwindled as a result.  That was until a controversial Native Hawaiian Healer named Morrnah refined the practice into the current elements that it is known for today (I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you).  It’s so effective that one of Morrnah’s students, Dr. Hew Len, apparently used the practice to cure an entire ward of mentally ill patients at a hospital without ever interacting with a single person.  This story was researched and validated to be true by best-selling author Dr. Joe Vitale.  He has since written extensively about the practice and has used it continuously in his own life.

The process is fairly simple – as you begin to experience negative emotions in your experience, allow yourself to feel them.  As you are focused on them and feeling them, repeat the mantra “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you” over and over and allow divinity, the universe, God (whatever term you are most comfortable with) to erase those feelings from your perception.  This allows you to connect to what Dr. Joe Vitale refers to as the “Zero Point”.  This is a place of ultimate creation where true healing and creativity is possible.  If you would like to learn more about this, I recommend reading the book “The Zero Point” by Dr. Joe Vitale.  He goes into depth on how to apply this practice, as well as several other easy to apply methods that will have a profound effect on your life.

In conclusion, I think it’s important to note that whatever practice you decide to apply to your daily routine to combat negativity, you are working within yourself.  You are addressing your perception of reality and by doing that, you are changing reality itself.  You are a creator, and this is your experience – your reality.  Understand that, embrace it, and you will become the master of your destiny.
